1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders typically process within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) and transit time is typically 3-5 days.


2. HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?
Weimoshop is happy to accept returns on all merchandise within 15 days of receipt. We also accept exchange within 60 days of receipt. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. Unfortunately, without exception, weimoshop cannot accept returns on used or damaged merchandise. For additional information, please see our returns policy. 


3. HOW DO I USE A COUPON CODE?
Lucky you! To use your coupon code, add all of your glam goodies to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process. There will be a box to enter your code, then just click ”apply”. Please note that only one promotion code can be entered for a given order from weimoshop. Coupon code cannot be used on orders already placed.


4. HOW DO I OPT OUT OF EMAILS?
Why would you want to?! Our weimoshop fans receive all kinds of perks and special gifts. But if you must, just click the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any email.


5.HOW TO DO IF YOUR ITEM IS DELIVERED MISSING SOME OF ITS PARTS?
Contact us first, with your order number and product code; we will help to clarify what part is missing.
For major, expensive and integral product parts we may need to follow it up as a "lost/stolen in delivery"
If the part is small or an accessory, we will most likely be able to help you by simply re-sending it.


6. HOW TO DO IF THERE IS SOME PROBLEM RECEIVING THE DELIVERY DUE TO CUSTOMS?
Usually, when you import goods from Weimoshop, the packet will be inspected by your local Customs office.


7. WHAT IS PayPal?
Paypal offers a highly secure method to send money from your credit card, bank account, or stored online credit, without telling online shops your confidential credit card numbers. Weimoshop staff will never ask you for your full credit card numbers or Paypal login details. For your own security, please do not give this information to anyone (including our staff) and do not click on links inside emails purporting to be from Paypal. charge you a fee for uploading money to their system or making payments. Please check on their relevant information pages for specific details.


8. WHAT IF THE PRODUCT IS BROKEN?
If any product is faulty, you are protected under the Weimoshop Warranty.


9. HOW TO CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
Log into " My Account " ;
Enter into " My Orders " ;
Once we have received your payment, all Weimoshop orders will show various order status stages before being shipped out.
Please check the meaning of these order status messages in the table below.


10. HOW TO APPLY FOR A RETURN (RMA) OR AFTERSALES SERVICES?
You can contact us once the order is delivered. Please refer to the specific warranty time-frame for your product.
